OUR CNA CLASSES FOR THE REST OF 2025 SCHOOL YEAR ARE FULL!!!

**Change in Schedule for 2026** 
​In-Person Skills and Clinicals will be evening hours only!

 Course Duration: 8 weeks 
Cost: 
$1400.00 (Enroll with just $350 deposit)​
In-Person Commitment: Two evenings a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays 
Skills Lab sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays 
 Weeks 2,7, 8 (Total of 5 sessions) 
Time:3:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Clinicals (Tuesdays and Thursdays) (In-person session in Richmond only)
Weeks 3,4,5,6,7
Time:
3:30pm - 9:30 pm(Total of 9 sessions)   
Uniform
White scrub top (the school provides 1 scrub top) 
Navy scrub pants (student's responsibility)
Shoes: Nursing clogs, or sneakers (no bright/no neon /no tie-dyed colors)

Book required: NONE
e-book : Virginia Board of Nurse Aide Book on the student portal

Requirements​
  • Be at least 17 years old or high school in 11th grade or higher
  • A negative TB test report (before the start of clinicals) 
  • The ability to read and write English fluently. 
  • ​All tattoos must be covered 
  • Nails must be short with no artificial covering​
  • No facial piercings 
  • Only ear lobe piercings allowed  
  • Only natural hair colors allowed (color someone can be born with or gray)
  • ​Long hair must be pulled back 
  • No head scarves,  no cloth or fabric like headbands, no head wraps (unless for religious purposes), no caps or hats when in uniform​

Upon completion of this course
  • ​1. The nurse aide student will be able to demonstrate competency in skills and techniques necessary to care for patients’ needs.

  • The nurse aide student will be able to exhibit competency in skills necessary to maintain or improve patient’s functioning.
  • The nurse aide student will be able to communicate and interact competently with patients, family members, and care teams on a one-to-one level.
  • The nurse aide student will be able to demonstrate sensitivity to patient’s cultural, emotional, social, mental, and physical needs through appropriate interactions.
  • The nurse aide student will be able to assist patients in attaining and maintaining functional independence
  • The nurse aide student will be able to demonstrate behavior in support and promotion of patient’s rights.
  • The nurse aide student will be able to demonstrate skills in observation, reporting, and documentation needed to participate in the assessment of patient’s health, physical condition, and well-being.​

If the student enrolls after the deposit deadline: Deposit + 1st payment due at time of registration 
If the student enrolls after the 1st payment  deadline: 
Deposit + 1st payment + 2nd payment due at time of registration
