Hybrid Online Nurse Aide(CNA) Course 2025 Schedule ​

Please take note of the following schedule change:

We will only be offering the January CNA class for our Fredericksburg location in 2025. After that, we will no longer be holding CNA classes in Fredericksburg.

We invite all new students to enroll in one of our CNA classes at our Richmond location. If you live in the Fredericksburg area and choose to enroll in one of our Richmond classes, you will receive a 10% discount on the tuition.

 Cost:
Tuition: $1400.00 (Enroll with $350 deposit)
Skills Lab sessions (one day a week)
 Weeks 1,  8, 9, and 10 (Mondays only)
Time: 9:30am - 4:30 pm 
**Fredericksburg and surrounding areas ​: Monday's for lab sessions  @ school location in Fredericksburg.

Clinicals (one day a week) 
Weeks 2,3,4,5,6  and 7 ( Mondays only)
Time: 6:45am - 2:30pm   
**Fredericksburg and surrounding areas - clinicals @ local nursing home in Fredericksburg

Uniform
White scrub top (the school provides 1 scrub top) 
Navy scrub pants (student's responsibility)
Shoes: Nursing clogs, or sneakers (no bright/no neon /no tie-dyed colors)

Course Delivery: ONLINE VIA VIDEO LECTURE 
Requirements
  • Fully COVID- 19 Vaccinated before the start of class 
  • Be at least 17 years old or high school in 11th grade or higher
  • A negative TB test report ( before the start of clinicals) 
  • The ability to read and write English
  • ​All tattoos must be covered 
  • Nails must be short with no artificial covering
  • No facial piercings 
  • Only ear lobe piercings allowed  
  • Only natural hair colors allowed (color someone can be born with)
  • ​Long hair must be pulled back 
  • No head scarves ,  no cloth or fabric like headbands, no head wraps, (unless for religious purposes), no caps or hats when in uniform

Upon completion of this course
​The nurse aide student will be able to demonstrate competency in skills and techniques necessary to care for patient’s needs.
  1. The nurse aide student will be able to exhibit competency in skills necessary to maintain or improve patient’s functioning.
  2. The nurse aide student will be able to communicate and interact competently with patients, family members, and care teams on a one-to-one level.
  3. The nurse aide student will be able to demonstrate sensitivity to patient’s cultural, emotional, social, mental, and physical needs through appropriate interactions.
  4. The nurse aide student will be able to assist patients in attaining and maintaining functional independence
  5. The nurse aide student will be able to demonstrate behavior in support and promotion of patient’s rights.
  6. The nurse aide student will be able to demonstrate skills in observation, reporting, and documentation needed to participate in the assessment of patient’s health, physical condition, and well-being.
  7. Upon satisfactory completion of all requirements of the course the student will be eligible to take the NNAAP examination.

How the payment plan works 

$350.00 non-refundable deposit due at time of registration 

If student enrolls after deposit deadline: Deposit + 1st payment due at time of registration 
If student enrolls after 1st payment  deadline: Deposit + 1st payment + 2nd payment due at time of registration 

Final day to register is the deadline date for the fourth payment.
